Pretoria - Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga and Gauteng Education MEC Panyaza Lesufi will tomorrow host an education imbizo in Sebokeng, Gauteng.
The imbizo forms part of National Imbizo Week and will be held at the Sedibeng West Education District Offices in Sebokeng.
As a programme endorsed by Cabinet, National Imbizo Week has been taking place since Monday, 17 April and it will conclude on Sunday. It is being held under the theme 'Together we move South Africa forward: Our FutureMake it work'.
The imbizo is aimed at fostering better relations with communities and will include oversight visits by the MEC to Kgokare and Sehopotso High Schools in Sebokeng prior to the commencement of the imbizo, said the department.
