During their day to day operations, members of the Kwandengane SAPS arrested an 18-year-old man in possession of unlicensed firearm together with a homemade gun with three live shells of a shotgun at the Ndlovu Location. The members were on patrol when they noticed a male behaving suspiciously and during a search conducted they seized the firearms.
Through their vigilance they recovered this man in possession of the firearm.
The Cluster Commander Brigadier Mtutuzeli Mtukushe commended the members and said "through your vigilance we have prevented so many crimes from taking place. Continue to clean and reclaim the streets from the criminals" he added.
